1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Projk LLC provides the DicTater website at dictatergame.com and the DicTater mobile game. This policy describes information handled when you visit this website, contact us, or use the game. For privacy questions or requests, email info@dictatergame.com.

2. Visiting this website

The website is a collection of static pages. It does not ask you to create an account, submit personal information, or accept marketing cookies. Images, styles, and other page assets are hosted with the website. Videos are links to YouTube, rather than embedded players that load automatically.

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website. When you access it, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, request time, and security signals to deliver pages and protect its network. Hosting and security logs may be processed under Cloudflare’s service settings and retention practices. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Necessary security cookies may be used by the hosting provider if security protections require them.

3. Information associated with the game

DicTater is distributed through Apple’s App Store and Google Play. Data handling can differ by platform, game version, enabled features, and your device settings.

• Device and diagnostic information: crash reporting may involve device identifiers, device and operating system details, game version, error logs, and crash or diagnostic information. This information helps identify and fix technical problems. The game is built with Unity; where its crash reporting services process information, see Unity’s player privacy policy.
• Support information: if you send a support request or bug report, we receive the information you choose to provide, which may include your email address, message, device details, and attachments.
• No advertising: the current game does not serve ads. We do not use game information for targeted advertising or sell or share it for that purpose.
• Store services: Apple and Google handle downloads, payments, refunds, and any platform features you choose to use under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not receive your full payment card details from those stores.

The App Store and Google Play listings also provide platform-specific privacy disclosures. Review the listing for the version you install and your device’s privacy controls.

4. How information is used and disclosed

Information is used to operate and secure the website and game, respond to requests, troubleshoot problems, provide applicable game features, and meet legal obligations. Service providers may process information to perform these tasks. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable privacy protections. We do not sell information submitted to us in a support email.

5. Your choices and privacy rights

You can choose whether to contact us, follow an external link, use optional platform services, or grant optional permissions through your device settings. You can review and change app permissions in your device settings. Where applicable, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or object to or restrict certain uses. You may also have the right to withdraw consent, opt out of targeted advertising or qualifying sharing, appeal a decision, or complain to your local data protection authority.

Email info@dictatergame.com with your request. We may ask for information needed to verify it and will respond as required by applicable law. You will not be penalized for exercising privacy rights. We cannot directly change information held independently by Apple, Google, or another provider; you can contact them through their privacy channels.

6. Retention, security, and international processing

We retain support correspondence only as needed to address the request, maintain relevant records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations. Technical information held by service providers is subject to their retention practices. We use reasonable safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Providers may process information outside your country, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Where a legal basis is required, processing is based on providing requested services, legitimate interests in security and support, legal obligations, or consent where required. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.

7. Children

The website does not offer accounts or collect information through forms. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13, or the applicable age of digital consent, without required authorization. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Follow the age rating and parental controls of the store where the game is downloaded.

8. External services

Store, trailer, and community links take you to independently operated services. Their own policies govern information they collect. Relevant policies include Apple, Google and YouTube, and Discord.

9. Changes and contact
