1. About these terms

These terms govern use of the DicTater website and mobile game provided by Projk LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the services, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the services. Questions can be sent to info@dictatergame.com.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the age requirements and ratings of the platform where you access the game and have legal capacity to accept these terms. If you are below the age of legal adulthood, a parent or guardian should review and agree to these terms where required.

3. Permission to use the services

Subject to these terms and any applicable store license, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the website and play the game for non-commercial entertainment. The game, artwork, code, music, branding, and other content remain the property of their respective rights holders. Your use does not transfer ownership of them.

You may share your own gameplay screenshots and videos, including in monetized reviews or streams, provided you do not misrepresent affiliation, infringe others’ rights, or distribute the game files or extracted assets.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the services unlawfully, interfere with their security or availability, distribute malicious code, infringe intellectual property rights, harass other people, or impersonate us. Do not redistribute the game or commercially exploit its assets without permission. Restrictions on modification or reverse engineering apply only to the extent allowed by law, and do not limit rights that cannot legally be restricted.

Community spaces hosted by third parties, such as Discord, also have their own rules and terms.

5. Downloads, purchases, and virtual items

The base game can be downloaded free where available. Optional purchases may include expansions, content, virtual currency, or other features. The relevant store displays current availability and prices. Apple or Google processes purchases and handles payment information. Their payment, subscription (if any), and refund rules apply, together with your mandatory rights under local law.

Purchased virtual items are licensed for use within the game, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside supported features. Do not assume purchases or saved progress transfer between platforms or devices unless the game explicitly supports it. Contact the relevant store for refund requests and contact us for technical purchase issues.

6. Updates and availability

Features, supported devices, and availability may change. We may release updates, fix issues, or discontinue features or services, subject to any obligations concerning paid content and consumer rights. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or that saved progress will always be recoverable. Keep device backups where supported.

7. Privacy and external links

Our privacy policy describes information handling. Links to stores, videos, or communities lead to services operated by third parties. We do not control those services, and their own terms apply.

8. Support and feedback

Send support requests to info@dictatergame.com. Do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information. If you voluntarily send ideas or suggestions, you permit us to use them to improve the services without compensation or an obligation to implement them. You retain ownership of your original feedback.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and game are provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory warranties or consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Projk LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the services. These limitations do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

10. Ending use

You may stop using the website or uninstall the game at any time. We may restrict access for a material breach of these terms or to protect security, where permitted by law. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including intellectual property rights and applicable liability provisions, survive termination. Termination does not remove any non-waivable rights relating to purchases.

11. Disputes and changes

Please contact us first about a concern so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class-action rights, or prevent you from bringing a claim in a court available to you under applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain applicable.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the services or legal requirements. The date above identifies the current version. Where required, we will give notice of material changes and obtain agreement before those changes apply. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
